About Us

David W. Diacon​

     A fourth-generation Montanan from Big Sandy, David Diacon brings a wealth of real-world experience to his legal practice. He earned an A.A.S in Paralegal Studies from the University of Montana in 2014 and later completed his B.A in Philosophy in 2020. In December 2022, he received his J.D from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law. 

     Before entering the legal profession, David worked extensively in commercial construction, trucking, and with the Montana Department of Transportation in highway maintenance, construction, and dispatch. His background in construction has proven invaluable in resolving defect disputes, and his experience in farm business law has helped clients achieve fair outcomes in agricultural divorces. 

     David is licensed with the State Bar of Montana and admitted to practice in Montana courts and the United States District Court, District of Montana. 

     In his free time, he enjoys hiking with friends and his dog, Lily. 

Hannah J. Bowers

      Hannah J. Bowers was born and raised in Helena, Montana. After graduating high school in 2020, she pursued a double major in Criminology and Psychology at Concordia University Chicago – graduating in May 2024. While living in Chicago, she balanced being a full-time student-athlete with the University’s Women’s soccer team. Hannah currently works as a Legal Assistant at Hrafn Law P.C. as she continues studying for the LSAT. She plans to attend law school beginning in the Fall of 2027.  
 
      Prior to working as a Legal Assistant, Hannah has worked a wide variety of jobs. A couple of those being in childcare and working at an after-school program while in college that planned activities for elementary students and assisted with homework. Hannah also found various jobs while she spent her summers at home, ranging from being a ranch hand, waitress, and completing an internship with the Gallatin County Court Services.  In her free time, Hannah enjoys being active, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with friends, family and pets. Her favorite hobbies include skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, cooking, concerts, and intramural soccer. She also has a passion for travel and trying new foods.

Makenna L. Laverdure

     Makenna L. Laverdure was born in Great Falls, Montana, and raised in Missoula. She graduated from Big Sky High School in 2023 before attending Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, where she majored in Government with an emphasis in Legal Studies. While in college, she completed three consecutive years of coursework while working full-time, allowing her to graduate a year early. Makenna is currently a Legal Assistant at Hrafn Law P.C. and is studying for the LSAT as she prepares to attend law school in fall 2027.

     Before joining Hrafn Law P.C. as a Legal Assistant, Makenna gained experience in several roles. During college, she worked as a nanny and in retail, and during summers at home, she worked with Hope Rescue Mission.

     In her free time, Makenna enjoys going to the gym, spending time at the lake, and being with friends and family. Her favorite hobbies include cooking, attending country music festivals, floating the river, and seeking out new adventures.
